My approach is a results-driven blend of information gathering, analysis and coaching. My theoretical orientation is eclectic, holistic, philosophical, and rooted in a transpersonal ethic. In my work with you, I may utilize different modalities such as psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, narrative, primal, psychodrama, collaborative, movement, and solution-focused. I also welcome incorporating a spiritual/religious component reflective of your beliefs, if that is important to you.

I have a lot to offer in my work with you and have a reputation as genuine, insightful, and effective. In addition to a BA in Psychology, work toward an MA in Clinical Psychology, and over 10 years experience providing counseling, care management, inspiration, motivation, and support to people from all walks of life, I have spent many years in both formal and independent study in subjects ranging from dance and movement, performance, yoga, philosophy, spirituality, mysticism, religion, biology, physiology, nutrition, art, psycholinguistics, manifestation principles, and much more. I also have cultural competence and experience working those with varied gender identities and presentations, sexual orientations, ethnicities and colors, spiritualities and religions, vocations, income levels, health conditions, and life experiences. I'm also an ordained minister who can perform various ceremonies.
